    SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

    All packages are shipped via USPS or FEDEX Monday thru Friday. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before your order is shipped. All orders placed by or before 4PM MST will ship same day. Orders placed after 4PM MST will ship the following business day.

    US DOMESTIC SHIPPING & HANDLING COSTS

    You will have several shipping options depending on your order size. All the shipping price quotes are automatically generated, we do not dictate shipping costs.

    Colorado orders will be charged 2.9 % state sales tax, additional city and county sales tax may apply as well depending on location.
    Scheduled delivery date depends on origin, destination, and drop-off time.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    While we accept orders for most countries, please be advised it is your own personal responsibility to understand the import regulations for your country. Once your order has left our possession we no longer hold any responsibility for any customs delays.

    If your order is returned to us by customs, you may be entitled to a refund only after goods have been received. You will not be refunded shipping costs.

    INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES THAT HAVE BEEN STOLEN/SEIZED/LOST

    We WILL NOT take responsibility for stolen, lost, or seized shipments on international orders. We do not offer refunds on shipments that have been stolen, seized or lost internationally. It is your responsibility to understand your country’s import regulations. If your package has been stolen, lost, or seized please contact your Customs or Postal carrier.

     RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

    We will only offer refunds if the return is due to damage by us or manufacturer defect within 30 days of original purchase date. Refunds will only be issued after the items have been returned to us. Please contact us prior to requesting a return to resolve any issues.

    If you are missing an item or you receive damaged product, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery and you will be sent replacement at no additional cost.  

    We do not offer returns or refunds for clothing items unless this is due to damaged goods received. Proof of damage must be documented by photograph and submitted. We only offer exchanges on clothing items, no returns. Exchange must be requested within 30 days of original purchase date and item must be returned unworn and unwashed before exchange will be processed. Additional shipping charges will apply.
